Taylor Davis is the Founder and CEO of PurePave Technologies, building the operating system for decentralised stormwater infrastructure. An experienced entrepreneur, she has led product innovations, capital raises, and market expansion across North America.

Taylor is recognised for advancing sensor-integrated permeable pavement systems at PurePave, supported by Canadian government R&D programmes, including NRC-IRAP. As a speaker on permeable technologies for the American Society of Civil Engineers and a published author in the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering, the work integrates materials science with data and AI to deliver real-time stormwater performance at scale.
