She oversees strategic direction, business, regulatory, digital, and data improvements, focusing on how water companies, highways, and other sectors manage water quality discharges to the environment.

Judy is passionate about improving the environment for people and wildlife while fostering rewarding career opportunities. She has served on advisory panels and boards, and outside of work, enjoys walking, nature, and bodyboarding.
